COMMENT FROM RESIDENT (unedited):
I would like enclose our patio area for pet safety 
above the existing fencing.  Not sure of the 
possibility or ability of lattices.  Would it be 
done by the association or by the unit owner?  
I would like to suggest that the patio area be 
enclosed for residents and also the railing 
banisters.  Perhaps partly paid for by unit owner.
